Let us help you find your perfect property.
Purchasing a property is simple and quick. Once you've picked the property you'd like to purchase, just pay the $100 reservation fee and your property will be held for 48 hours. Our team will reach out with a purchase and sale agreement for you to sign and talk through the different options to pay for your new land! (all-cash, monthly payments etc.)
No. We are transparent about our sales process and each of our listings discloses the costs associated with buying one of our properties. We work hard to ensure this transaction is as smooth, transparent and simple as possible.
No. We are not real estate agents or brokers and we do not charge commissions. We simply buy land at a discount and pass those savings on to you!
Most realtors specialize in houses or commercial properties. They don't specialize in land like we do. We also don't charge a 10% commission like realtors do! We are land experts and can assist with getting utilities to the lot, finding a custom home builder or finding the perfect weekend getaway property.
All of our property transactions are handled through a title company - we offer owner's title insurance and all funds are in an escrow account. These are fancy ways of saying that your money is safe and you are getting a property free of any legal issues. Don't trust other land sellers who ask for money directly!
